Why we exist

Somewhere between 2023 and today, the job market quietly split in two. On one side: companies armed with AI — screening software that reads thousands of CVs per hour, algorithms that rank candidates before a human ever gets involved. On the other side: candidates still writing applications the way they did in 2015.

We started 【MOONSWICH】 to close that gap. Not with another "learn AI someday" course, but with a practical system that a marketing manager, an accountant or an HR specialist can apply to their actual job search this week — no technical background required.
