1. Who we are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website moonswich.com (the "Website") and the purchase and use of the digital product "The AI Career System" (the "Product"), operated by:

2. The Product

The Product is digital educational content, including video lessons, text materials, prompt libraries, and document templates, delivered through a password-protected member area. Depending on the plan purchased, the Product may also include live online group sessions, individual sessions, personal reviews of documents, and access to a private online community (together, the "Services").

The Product is intended for personal, non-commercial use by the purchasing individual only.

3. Ordering and payment

  1. Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. The final amount, including any applicable taxes for your country, is shown at checkout.
  2. Payment is processed by Zenthoryx. We do not store your payment card details.
  3. The contract between you and us is concluded when we confirm your order by email and grant access to the member area.
  4. Access to digital content is normally granted immediately after successful payment.

4. Right of withdrawal and money-back guarantee

4.1 Statutory right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital content, this right expires once performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. At checkout you will be asked to give this consent in order to receive immediate access.

4.2 Our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee

Independently of the statutory right above, we offer a voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied with the Product, email help@moonswich.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the full purchase price using the original payment method within 14 days of your request. This guarantee does not limit any statutory rights you may have.

4.3 Exclusions

Completed 1-on-1 sessions (Executive plan) that have already taken place may be deducted from the refund at the pro-rata rate stated at checkout.

5. Licence and intellectual property

  1. All content of the Product — videos, texts, prompts, templates, designs — is our intellectual property or licensed to us.
  2. Upon purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own career development.
  3. You may freely use the outputs you create with our templates and prompts (e.g. your resume, your cover letters).
  4. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, share access to, or use the Product content to create a competing product.
  5. Sharing member-area credentials is a material breach of these Terms and may result in termination of access without refund.

6. No employment guarantee

The Product provides educational content and tools. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to: obtaining interviews, receiving job offers, achieving any particular salary, or being promoted. Career outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your experience, effort and market conditions. Any figures on the Website describing results are illustrative examples unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7. Third-party AI tools

The Product teaches workflows that use third-party AI services. These services are operated by independent providers under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing, output quality, or changes to their functionality. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party service you use and for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it.

8. Live sessions and community

  1. Live session schedules are published in the member area and may change with reasonable notice; recordings are provided.
  2. We may moderate the community and remove content or members that violate our community guidelines (harassment, spam, sharing of paid content, unlawful content).
  3. "Lifetime access" means the lifetime of the Product. If we ever discontinue the Product, we will give at least 6 months' notice and provide downloadable versions of the core materials.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health). Subject to that, our total liability arising from or in connection with the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost earnings or lost opportunities.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for legal, regulatory or operational reasons. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Material changes affecting ongoing Services will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
